I've decided to twitter, but I doubt I use it any more than my lj. I'm only doing it cos I'm enjoying reading Tom Feltons tweets.

Zack wanted to put the Christmas tree up last night, and I didn't think it would ever end! LOL! I took a break and went into my bedroom and watched Doctor Who on BBCA, then we started up again and finished it. But it looks good. Hubby gets stuck putting the tree together and then stringing the lights on, then Zack puts on the ornaments. The only thing is that he hangs them all  in a clump and on the very bottom branches. He says he likes them there, even though he can reach higher, so me and hubby move them around and higher when he's not looking LOL!

Zack's doctor was right, he has pneumonia. He vomited all last night with a high fever, poor guy. Then we had to take him to the ER again for a CT scan because he couldn't stand up coz his stomach hurt so badly. The CT scan showed the pneumonia in his lung behind his stomach. He looks so awful, he's so white with little dark circles under his eyes. He's slept most of the day and is feeling just a little better, thank goodness. He's out of school until at least next Tuesday, and his birthday is the next day. Hopefully the Budgie he's getting for his b-day will make him feel better, too.

I just spent 5 hours at the ER with Zack. 5 hours! And all they did was take his temp and give him Tylenol. His Dr. said he has pneumonia, but the ER said it's just a respiratory infection. He has a temp of 102. The poor little guy feels so awful. His birthday is in one week. I hope he's feeling better by then.

I have say it, I simply can't hold it in any longer....Ginny is so unattractive!!
Those 53 pics WB released, all of them are great, especially Hermione, but Ginny just falls completely flat. I cringe every time I see her and poor Harry together in a photo coz they are so unsuited for each other. Can't WB see the horrible mistake they're making by putting them together? Can't they see that theres no chemistry between them? Can't they see how stomach turning she is?!?!

Ugh

I don't care that WB has posponed the movie, I'm never gonna watch it or the DH movies anyway. So I don't see what all the whining is about over it.

There, I've ranted. I feel slightly better.

The kid has been home from school for two days now with Strep throat. He feels horrible and his fever flares up in the late afternoon and all night, but during the day he feels just fine and is driving me crazy! LOL! I have tried everything from mild threats to getting the duct tape out to tape him to his bed to get him to slow down! His doctor won't let him go back to school til Monday.
*sigh*
He just threw his Batman action figure into the lamp and I chased him to his room.  At least he's in there now and is being quiet for a few minutes. I suppose that's all I can ask for. LOL! That and a nap for him later on.

My baby is growing up too fast!
School started this last Wednesday, and Zack, my six year old baby has already fallen in love!!
He told me about her yesterday morning, that she won't talk to him, so when he came home yesterday afternoon, he sat down and wrote her a letter. Of course, he can only write a few words right now, but still, he wrote a letter to her. He told me it said that she's a beautiful girl, and gave her our phone number so she could call him to come over to play. She's all he's talked about since he got home yesterday.
Isn't this happening a little too soon? I thought boys thought girls were cooty filled annoying pus bags until they were at least twelve or thirteen?

This time last year I was crying my eyes out because my baby was starting all-day kingergarten, that he was gonna be away from me for the whole day, but this year my last working nerve was really happy to see him get on the bus today, the first day of school. LOL!
He was happy to go, so I'm sure his last nerve was bothering him, too.
But really, I miss him terribly when he's not here, the house just seems so empty. And too quiet. 
Although, my nerves are feeling better. LOL!

 HAPPY EASTER, EVERYONE!

Is it just me, or has it been incredibly boring lately? Even Dr. Phil has lost it's twinkle for me. 
Ugh.
Nothing to do but more house work, which is all done anyway, and no where to go.
*whine*
Maybe it's just the rain. The only good thing is that my baby will be home from school in 45 minutes. Then I'll get my 'I'm home from school hugs and kisses', give him a snack, then mop up his muddy footprints from when he came in.
*sigh*
Maybe it's early spring fever, or it could be cabin fever, I was stuck in the house all weekend.
I'm looking forward to American Idol tomorrow. Zack will make me vote for him. He likes Chikeze. (Yes, I know I spelled it wrong. lol)

Here it is early Monday morning, and I just NOW realized that after waiting and waiting for the stupid Super Bowl to get here so it would be over so I could watch House, that I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT IT!!!
Neither me or hubby watch sports, and I kept telling him to remind me what day the game came on coz I wanted to watch House. Well, needless to say, I missed it and now I want to cry. We didn't even turn the TV on at all yesterday. 

Ggrrrrr. Maybe it'll get reran very soon. 

...the weather last night!  Thunderstorms tore through here and the wind was raging. Hail was beating down so loudly. 
But what was really un-nerving was that after hubby and son went to bed, I was sitting here reading the new Stephen King, and just as things were getting interesting, the wind does that weird trick it has and I could have sworn there was someone whispering right behind me! I whipped my head around to look, but all I seen was the wall there.
Now things don't usually get to me like that, hubby and little boy are the ones afraid of the dark, not me. But as I was walking very quickly across the living room to go to bed, I heard the whispering behind me again, and ran to my bedroom, threw myself in to the bed and covered my head up with the blankets! LOL!
I'm sitting here now, early the next morning, it's still dark out, and the wind is still howling out there. I have the news on to see if there's any school delays. 
I'll be glad when this stuff is all blown out!
